I would like to commend your front desk staff, in particular Vihra, for going above and beyond expectation yesterday. We arrived several days early thinking that Holiday Extras had notified the hotel about a change of date. Unfortunately, this was not the case and Vihra spent 20 minutes sorting the situation out on the phone so that we could have a place to sleep for the night. In addition, Monika in the breakfast room is a delightful woman with a friendly and efficient demeanour. Your excellent staff are one of the reasons that the Rennaissance Heathrow is my favourite hotel when travelling through LHR.

Nothing, we have stayed twice and both occasions have been very comfortable with a fantastic breakfast.

In the 20th of August of this year, my wife and I made a one night stop at your Hotel with the idea to make more comfortable the long flight from USA to Eastern Europe. I have to say that we did not regret it. We liked the room. We had a good rest to continue our journey. Especially I would like to note the attentive attitude of the Hotel staff. First of all, this applies to the Ambassador Maribel, who kindly devoted a lot of time to resolve the situation, which arose due to a technical error in the reservation of the room. My wife and I are very grateful to her.

I stayed in December for 2 nights and again this August and thought the new alterations looked amazing and cant wait for them all to be done. Once again the room was very comfy and clean. The food is excellent and it was a lovey gesture to give us a complimentary drink. The staff very polite and helpful and the view amazing of the airport runway. Will be back again for another 2 night stay at Easter next year just to chill

There is nothing much to dislike at all, just the parking of some of the guests is a little selfish, taking up 2 spaces or parking at strange angles

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly despite being under considerable pressure with renovations member and a heavy workload. l have to mention a particular bar staff member, Inese, who went out of her way to be helpful and friendly to all her customers. Despite being under pressure she always had time to check that everything was satisfactory with you. She is a definite asset to your hotel staff. My wife and I wish her a successful future. I should also mention that the accommodation, with the King size bed was exceptional.

We stayed at the Ren for a weekend conference. Am pretty sure that some of the staff were bemused by some of our antics but at no time did we feel that we needed to 'tone' down our fun. Every staff member we spoke to was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding. We look forward to seeing you all in November 2012!.

I wanted so much to express my opinion for the experience I had in the Renaissance! I lost my flight and I had a very bad mood. The personnel, the atmospherics, the diner, everything contributed to a memorable experience!even the trainees had an excellent behavior! nothing seemed to be typically done!everything was authentic! congratulations to all of you!
